Bio: Born in Hong Kong, Zoe Ho’s worldview changed completely after moving to Canada’s Western Arctic. Cacti and Weed is Zoe’s first venture into directing, while also producing, writing and acting in the lead role of Ella. Cacti and Weed is inspired by Zoe’s personal story as a cancer survivor and first-generation immigrant. A multi-disciplinary artist and emotional wellness facilitator, Zoe specializes in resiliency and self-compassion.
